RULES FOR USING GIFT VOUCHERS

GIFT VOUCHERS

1. Ordering of services prepaid by gift voucher can be done by phone or e-mail, and the provider must be informed of the gift voucher number at the time of ordering, without which the reservation cannot be made.
2. The Customer acknowledges that in case of cancellation of the reservation, he/she is obliged to inform the Provider in writing (by e-mail) no later than 24 hours before the booked service date. In such a case, an alternative date is offered. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the service, the date can no longer be changed, so the services must be used up or the voucher is forfeited.
3. The client is obliged to hand over the gift voucher or e-voucher to the masseuse or masseur before the start of the service. If the client does not bring the voucher, he/she must pay for the ordered service on the spot in cash. However, if you return a valid voucher or e-voucher within 5 days, your money will be refunded.
4. In case of loss of the voucher, unfortunately, due to possible misuse of the voucher by a third party, the service cannot be provided. This does not apply to electronic vouchers.
5. The validity of the gift voucher is normally 1 year from the date of purchase. The only exceptions are vouchers purchased as part of promotional offers, which may have a shorter validity. Information about the shortened validity is always stated directly in the product description and in the email with the gift voucher code. The customer is obliged to use the service within this timeframe. In the event of a voucher being forfeited, 50% of the voucher value can be redeemed within 30 days of forfeiture and can only be used for the same service. 6. At the customer’s request, we can extend the validity of gift vouchers by 6 to 12 months. The fee for this service is CZK 500 for 6 months and CZK 1000 for 12 months. The voucher cannot be extended after its expiry date. Vouchers with a shortened validity period, purchased during promotional offers such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day discounts, can be extended for a maximum of 6 months for CZK 1,000.
